- Trinity Assembly of God in West Chester PA, began in 1971, planted and led by Pastor and Mrs. William Sanders. The first service was held on February 7th 1971 at the YMCA in West Chester with 16 faithful people in attendance. Soon after, 5 acres of land was purchased on N. Pottstown Pike where the first service was held October 1971.
- On January 14th 1976, the church applied for and was granted affiliation with the General Council of the Assemblies of God with a group of 50 people. In February 1977, the church became incorporated in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
- From those humble beginnings and for the past 50 years Trinity has become a staple in the community of West Chester and continue our commitment in striving to live out our motto that was birthed in the heart of our founders all those many years ago: "For the Salvation of Souls."
